Marking systems
Automatic marking systems are widely used in various technological processes for the manufacture of products of different application.

Typical demanded solutions for metallurgists and pipe manufacturers, in terms of applying technological and commercial marking to finished or semi-finished products, usually are the automated systems below:

Our solutions are based on the principle of marking with special paint or ink, when the necessary information is placed on the object by spraying the marking fluid with a controlled marking head.
Two main methods are used for marking with paint or ink - CIJ (Continuous Ink Jet) and DOD (Drop On Demand). The method is selected at the stage of the task development and is determined by the requirements for the final result of the equipment operation.
Each such system is always an applied one in its specific implementation. Our design solutions are developed taking into account the features of the possible equipment location, production process features, characteristics of the marking object.
Thus, for example, when marking slabs, the temperature of which can be over 700 degrees, specialized components and protective equipment are used for the production of equipment, as well as a marking fluid that can "survive" at such temperatures. When labelling flat products that can move at a high speed, we use high-speed marking heads and ink or paint with a high degree of adhesion and abrasion resistance.
